A nutrient-rich by-product of biogas production that improves soil health and reduces dependence on chemical fertilisers.
Farmers, nurseries and fertiliser distributors
We purchase crop residue, cattle dung and other organic waste, giving suppliers an additional source of income and an alternative to stubble burning.
Farmers, dairies, gaushalas and agri-businesses
Five stages convert organic waste into fuel-grade gas.
Step 1
Crop residue, cattle dung and other organic waste are sourced from farms in the surrounding region and prepared for processing.
Step 2
In sealed, oxygen-free digesters, natural microorganisms break down the organic matter and produce raw biogas.
Step 3
The raw gas is cleaned of carbon dioxide, hydrogen sulphide and moisture, raising its methane content above 90%.
Step 4
The purified gas is compressed to high pressure and stored in cylinder cascades for safe transport.
Step 5
CBG is supplied to fuel stations, fleet operators and industrial customers as a direct replacement for CNG.
A zero-waste process. The material remaining after digestion is processed into Fermented Organic Manure and returned to agriculture.
